Roman Serhiyovich Talan (Ukrainian: Роман Сергійович Талан; born February 4, 1988 in Dnipropetrovsk) is a Ukrainian pair skater. With partner Ekaterina Kostenko, he is the 2009 Ukrainian national champion and 2008 & 2010 bronze medalist. They will represent Ukraine at the 2010 Winter Olympics.[1]

Before teaming up with Kostenko, he competed with Julia Goreeva. They were the 2005 Ukrainian junior silver medalists.
